first_img A bramson petitions for reinstatement Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, William Abramson of Wellington has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.On December 18, 2008, the court suspended Abramson for a period of 91 days for engaging in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal and making a statement with reckless disregard to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge. Abramson was then suspended for a period of six months, nunc pro tunc to the effective date of the previous suspension for failing to reveal potential juror misconduct until after the verdict had been rendered in a case and making a statement with reckless disregard to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge.Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Abramson’s fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact Cheryl L.
